Clicking through
Section titled “Clicking through”Clicking a card lands you in that queue already filtered to what the card was counting. The number you clicked and the list you arrive at are the same set of records — you never have to reconstruct the filter yourself.
Reading the numbers
Section titled “Reading the numbers”The second number on each card is the part that is late or stuck, and it is the one worth watching. A Pick card reading “48 waiting, 3 late” is a normal day. The same card reading “12 waiting, 11 late” is a problem the volume alone would have hidden.
Long lists behind these cards stop at a safe number of rows and say so. A count shown as “300+” means at least 300, not exactly 300 — the app will not scan an unbounded number of rows to produce a prettier number.
