Settings

Settings (/settings) has twelve sections in three groups: Operations, Customers and Account. Unlike the other nav entries it does not use a tab strip — it renders a sub-nav down the side, with breadcrumbs so you always know where you are. You see only the sections your role can open.

Operations

Section titled “Operations”
Warehouses Your locations, their Shopify location mapping, and every per-warehouse stock policy.
Fulfillment How work reaches the floor and is packed: work assignment, pick profiles, the pack checklist and packing slips.
Pack stations Each pack table with its printer, scale and camera, used from the PC that stands there.
Automation Elevate plan. Three ordered rule cascades: order rules, order routing and shipping rules.
Carriers & packaging Carrier accounts, label printers and the box catalog packing chooses from.

Customers

Section titled “Customers”
Customer notifications The emails and texts your customers get, chosen milestone by milestone.
Customer pages Your brand on every customer email and page: colours, logo, words and the sender address.
Customer privacy Customer data requests Shopify forwards: review them, export the records and track delivery.

Account

Section titled “Account”
Integrations Connections to the sibling apps, and the health panel that says what each one has actually done.
Stores Where this account's orders come from: one page per Shopify store.
Team Everyone who works in Floormode: their role, their warehouses, and the floor devices they sign in on.
Billing Your plan, its status, and what each tier unlocks.

Only Automation and Team have a tab strip of their own: Automation’s rule cascades and checkout options are one consistent surface, and so are Team’s people, roles, devices and defaults, each tab with its own URL.
