What we kept
Section titled “What we kept”Some expert terms are precise and have no honest short translation. Those stay, and carry a small ⓘ with a one-sentence explanation the first time they appear on a page:

- FEFOFEFOFirst expired, first out: allocating the shortest-dated stock first so perishable goods leave before they expire. A per-warehouse policy on every plan. Read more → (expiry-first picking)
- Multi-order pickingMulti-order pickingPicking several orders in one walk, dropping each item into its own tote, so the sorting happens at the shelf instead of at a sort wall afterwards. Included in the Enhanced and Enterprise plans. Read more →
Statuses read as sentences
Section titled “Statuses read as sentences”The same rule applies inside every list. Statuses are shown as words a merchant can repeat to a customer, not as codes:
| Instead of | You see |
|---|---|
payment_pending | Waiting for payment |
awaiting_production | Waiting for production |
address_issue | Address problem |
short (allocation) | Not enough stock |
allocated | Reserved |
verifying (pack job) | Scanning items |
restock (disposition) | Back to sellable stock |
